As you may already know, soft reset is a tool that helps you to handle some phone issues such as running slower than its normal or not running properly. The soft reset will shut down all active programs and make your device reboot fresh to its normal conditiion.
The steps to do soft reset is :
- Press and hold the Power key at the top of the phone.
- Touch on Restart.
Now, your device should reboot fresh to initial screen. Other wise, you can also tap Power off and then press the Power key to turn your phone back on again.
